Greenfield 610 Extensive green roofs

This very low-growing, drought-tolerant mixture is ideal for planting roof areas with very low vegetation layers. It has a good capacity for regeneration through tillering, runner formation and self-sowing. These characteristics ensure effective greening without levels of growth that would result in an excessive increase to the load. Once in place, the mixture requires very little maintenance, with a maximum of one cut per year being completely sufficient. Successful cultivation is possible without any irrigation or fertiliser application.
