SOFIIA

Common buckwheat - Fagopyrum esculentum

SOFIIA is a determined, fast-growing variety in the intermediate maturity group, which can be used as a catch crop while also exhibiting very good characteristics for seed production. It is primarily
characterised by its high yield and uniform maturation. When grown for seed production, its high thousand grain weight allows it to offer very high flour yields. In addition, the plants are very stable.
