Ribwort plantain

Ribwort plantain is a robust perennial that is one of the most calcium-rich herbaceous plants for grasslands. It has received a fodder value of 6, which is the highest value for the main herb species used in fodder. The health of ruminants and horses can be demonstrably improved by using certain legumes and herbaceous plants.
